You've got it together...

Here's the thing: Success isn't just about what your life looks like from the outside.

Your career's on track. You look good on paper.

But something's still not clicking.

Maybe you're stuck in the same dating patterns, replaying the same love story with different guys. Or you're comfortable at work but feeling invisible, like you're not showing up as the leader you know you could be. Maybe you've mastered the external game but still feel like something's broken on the inside.

Meet John

John Broady is a certified life and leadership coach dedicated to helping successful gay men feel as good on the inside as their lives look from the outside. A Texas native who came out at 20, he intimately understands the journey from self-doubt and confusion to acceptance and fulfillment. After years of making every dating mistake, battling an eating disorder, and feeling the pressure of "the scene," John did the hard work to find his way toward sanity.

Now married to his partner of 22 years, John uses research-backed, evidence-based coaching to help men identify what’s still broken inside and work to repair it. John empowers his clients to stop chasing someone else’s idea of success and create a life that actually feels great.

Testimonials

Man in business casual attire

I didn’t think I needed coaching… I mean, my life was fine. But John asked me questions I didn’t have easy answers for, and that messed with me in a good way. Now I’m actually thinking about what I want next instead of just coasting. - A.E.

Confident-looking man

I was in this weird place at work. I was comfortable, but kind of invisible. After a few sessions, I caught myself speaking up more, pitching ideas. I’m not running the place or anything, but people are actually noticing I’m in the room. - E.S.

Young man with glasses

Dating was… let’s just say, not going great. John never told me what to do, but somehow I started noticing where I was tripping myself up. It’s not like I’ve met ‘the one’ yet, but I feel way less stuck and way more hopeful. - K.S.
